Replyo AI is a Chrome extension that reads a screenshot of a chat you choose and suggests replies. This page explains exactly what is collected, what is not, and what you can delete.

What stays on your device

• Your conversations. When you capture a chat, the messages Replyo reads are stored in your browser's local extension storage so later replies have context. They are never uploaded to us, never synced between your devices, and never shared with anyone.
• Your profile answers and writing samples from setup, used to make replies sound like you. You can optionally back these up to your account — see below.
• Your settings, including your API key.
• The mode you chose on a site. If you switch between Rizz and Pro while on a site, Replyo remembers that site's address (just the domain, such asweb.whatsapp.com) and your choice, so it starts there in that mode next time. Replyo only reads the address of the tab you capture or insert into; it does not record your browsing. You can see and clear the list under Settings → Mode by site.

You can delete any conversation from the chat list in the extension. Removing the extension deletes everything it stored on your device.

What is sent to our servers

When, and only when, you press a generate button, we send:

• the screenshot you captured;
• the recent messages of that one conversation, so the reply makes sense;
• your profile answers and writing samples for the active mode;
• your settings for that request (tone, whether to use emoji, and so on);
• your API key, to identify your account and count the request.

Our server passes this to a third-party AI model provider to produce the suggestions, then returns them to you. Which provider handles a request depends on your plan; none of them receive your email address or account details.

What we do not keep

• Screenshots are never stored. They are held in memory for the length of the request and discarded. They are not written to disk or to a database.
• Message contents are never stored on our servers.
• Generated replies are never stored on our servers.
• We do not sell data, and we do not use your conversations to train any model.

What we do keep

On our servers we store only what is needed to run accounts and billing:

• your email address and a salted hash of your password;
• a hash of each API key (never the key itself);
• counts: how many replies you generated this month and today, and how many credits you used;
• if you add them, the billing details printed on your invoices — name, company, address, tax ID and country — which you can change or clear at any time from your account;
• payment records from our payment provider (we never see your card details);
• a record of the service emails we send you — receipts, refund confirmations and plan reminders — kept for 90 days so each is sent once and support can confirm delivery;
• a backup of your setup, only if you turn it on: withSettings → Your key → Back up my profile to my account switched on, your profile answers, writing samples and preferences (tone, language, emoji and theme) are saved so a reinstall or a new browser restores them when you enter your API key. It is off by default, never includes your conversations or screenshots, and switching it off deletes the saved copy immediately.

This website

webstore.navonlabs.in uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and install buttons are used. It sets first-party cookies and receives the page address (without any account or reset links), your browser type and an approximate location. It is not used inside the extension, never sees your conversations, screenshots or email address, and you can block it with any ad blocker or Google'sopt-out add-on.

Permissions, and why

• activeTab / scripting — to draw the selection overlay and take the screenshot you asked for, and to type a reply into the message box when you press Insert.
• storage — to keep your settings and conversations on your device.
• sidePanel — to show the extension.
• Access to websites — so the capture overlay and the floating bubble can appear on the page where your chat is. Replyo does not read pages in the background; it only acts when you press a button.

Adults only (18+)

Rizz mode produces flirtatious text — at its boldest settings forward and confident, but never sexually explicit, crude or vulgar. It is intended for consenting adults and you must confirm you are 18 or older before using it. Pro mode has no age restriction. Replyo will not generate sexual content involving minors, and will not help pressure, deceive, harass or impersonate anyone. If a conversation shows disinterest or a clear no, Replyo suggests a graceful exit instead of pushing.

Children

Replyo AI is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You can delete your conversations at any time from the extension. To delete your account and the records listed above, email hello@navonlabs.in.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify you in the extension.
