1. What Replyo AI is
Replyo AI is a Chrome extension that reads a chat screenshot you capture and suggests replies you can send. The suggestions are generated by an AI model. They are drafts, not advice.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 to hold an account, and at least 18 to use Rizz mode, which produces flirtatious content (never sexually explicit). By enabling Rizz mode you confirm you are 18 or older.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Replyo AI to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- produce sexual content involving minors, or target a minor in any way;
- pressure someone who has declined, or continue contact after being asked to stop;
- generate spam, scams, phishing or bulk unsolicited outreach;
- capture conversations you have no right to read;
- resell, redistribute or automate access to the service beyond normal personal use.
We may suspend accounts that do this, without refund.
4. Your content, and your responsibility
You keep all rights to what you capture and to what you send. You are responsible for anything you actually send: read it first. Replyo can misread a screenshot, misattribute who said what, or produce something wrong, inappropriate or out of context. Never send a suggestion you have not checked.
5. Credits and billing
- One credit is one generation — one set of replies, one rephrase, or one profile pass.
- Free accounts get up to 5 credits per day (UTC), and at most 20 per calendar month. Paid plans get the allowance shown on the pricing page.
- Credits reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over.
- Paid plans are one-time payments that grant access for their stated period. They never auto-renew.
- Free trial: once per account, a 7-day Pro trial starts automatically when you confirm your email address, without a card. It includes every Pro feature with a capped allowance of 100 credits for the whole trial. It ends automatically and moves the account to the Free plan; nothing is charged. Buying a plan during or after the trial gives that plan's full monthly allowance — credits used during the trial are not deducted from it.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see your card details.
6. Refunds
If the service does not work for you, or you simply are not happy with it, email us within 24 hours of purchase and we will refund you in full. OurRefund & Cancellation Policy sets out the full terms, including duplicate billing and failed credit delivery.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Replyo AI running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The underlying AI provider may be slow, rate-limited or unavailable. We may change or discontinue features.
8. No warranty
Replyo AI is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that suggestions will be accurate, appropriate, or lead to any particular outcome — romantic, professional or otherwise.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Replyo AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including anything arising from a message you chose to send.
10. Termination
You can stop using Replyo AI and delete your data at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
11. Changes
We will update the date above when these terms change. Continuing to use the service means you accept the change.
